THE RIDER BEHIND EPC
Hi 👋🏼 I’m Samantha...the founder of EPC, equestrian coach and passionate horse lover.
My first memories of being around horses are of me being led around by mum and dad. As with any horse obsessed kid, this passion never faded. I have competed up to young rider level in Australia but have a passion for producing young horses through the levels and I currently have a really nice team of exciting babies for the future.
Fast forward to more recent times where I started my own business @Castelloparkequestrian and now get to work with so many amazing clients in the horse community, which is truly like living a childhood dream.
The people I have met at Castello Park have truly been the inspiration behind Equestrian Performance Club and I cannot wait to share more with you.

OUR WHY
Horses have been my lifelong passion, and fitness is my second love. Now, I’m thrilled to combine my two favorite things! After years of exploring various sports and workout routines, I struggled to find a training balance that improved my performance in the saddle. Through trial and error, I discovered that cross-training—focusing on strength, flexibility, and endurance—keeps me fit, strong, and mobile for horse riding. If you're looking to enhance your riding performance, cross-training could be the key to staying in top form.
Along with years of personal gym training experience, I’ve expanded my fitness journey through EPC by earning my Certificate in Fitness and Nutrition. This certification enables me to offer the best guidance and advice to my clients, ensuring they receive expert support for their fitness and nutrition goals.

Payment will be made via direct debit fortnightly through Stripe.

As equestrians we live a busy and active lifestyle, so the fitness programming is there to seamlessly fit into your routine. Each workout will take approx.. 45min -1 hour.

2 weeks is a great starting point to see results and make progress but we recommend staying longer term to continue building your strength and endurance and push you towards your goals.
